Classical guitar

I began playing classical guitar in 1980, and was taught for a time by this amazing guitarist, Cheryl Grice-Watterson, who is now Head of Guitar at the Nelson School of Music, New Zealand.

I passed all of the Associated Boards of the Royal Schools of Music classical guitar examinations, with a distinction at grade 7 and a merit at grade 8, plus the Associated Board’s Theory of Music Grade 5 exam, and Music O and A Levels.

I now teach classical guitar in the Salisbury area, to beginners and experienced guitarists. I’ve tried to answer the questions people usually have about lessons in this post on lessons FAQs.

Email me at simonsheffield@googlemail.com if you’d like to find out more, or telephone 01722 501 673.
